“The BEST PINCHOS. The owners are very nice people, everything is clean and the service is good. The Pinchos are so good, good flavor, tender?? Both chicken and the pork ones are very DELICIOUS. The bread is so fresh and the lemonades are so refreshing. It's a Familiar Atmosphere. Definitely YAMDRA'S PUERTO RICAN it's the BEST IN TAMPA BAY AREA.

“MY WIFE AND I WENT HERE FOR OUR FIRST TIME. WE LIKED THE PLACE. THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD. AND THE WAITRESS WAS VERY POLITE.

“Our server, Mili, was outstanding!! Extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. I had the smoke brisket melt with mac and cheese and my bride had pulled pork mac and cheese. Then to top it all off we shared the turtle brownie sundae. Every morsel, of everything, was over the top! Absolutely delicious!!!! “Poppa’s Italian Factory is a fantastic place! The food is amazing, freshly prepared, & fast! Donna & Ken are super-sweet & treat you like family! I’m a huge fan of their eggplant parmesan & the desserts are all delicious—especially the Italian pistachio cake! They recently made a big box of Italian cookies for an event to support Hope Services & it was a huge hit!

“I’ve been here both times I was in town and will likely make this a tradition! The food here is so freaking fresh and delicious! There is no concern with being hungry after your meal, I’ve left here feeling stuffed! They will accommodate your food additions or deletions with no issues too. The mocktail menu is diverse too. I loved my bowl! It had the perfect amount of spice and flavor! The addition of the charred cauliflower was a recommendation from my server and boy, was she right on the money! My friend enjoyed her salad too! And we were both so full! We sat outside on the expansive patio on a perfect fall day! Don’t wait! Get here asap!“

“We arrived and the person who received us tells us to go to the bar to make our orders to go, and then standing in front of the bar waitress, ignored us, never even looked at us, I think they should educate employees in customer service, that's why we decided to leave, No one deserves to be ignored, standing five minutes waiting for that woman at the service, I do not recommend it to anyone, I will not return“

“Just drive to a different spot. I think the health inspector should probably visit again. Driving through and stopped here. Sunday morning at 8 am, not busy for Sunday morning standards by any means. We're sat at a table and the menus are dirty with sticky debris on them. There was dirt stuck to them so it was easy to tell they hadn't been wiped down or cleaned in a while. The waitress wasn't the most pleasant and welcoming but our order and drinks came correct and she brought drink refills. I went to the bathroom and there is absolutely no soap in the women's bathroom. It was bone dry. You know how sometimes you can get a few drops if it just went out. This was absolutely dry. Nothing. There was another woman who entered the handicapped stall and was fighting to get soap out of that one. She was audibly talking to herself about there being no soap. I spoke with the manager and asked how employees were actually washing their hands if there was no soap. He said he was just told about it and was going to replace it but there should be some in the handicapped stall. Respectfully, that doesn't answer my question since had it been busy and the handicapped stall had someone in there are employees just putting water on their hands and leaving to serve food again? After discussing with my husband, he mentioned that the last time he had come here there were dirty silverware and plates. Already disgusted with what I just experienced, I look up the health inspector report and sure enough they have been written up for dirty silverware before. In short, we won't be back. The soap in the bathrooms is required for health reasons! The food was not worth the money and I think we can all agree that spending money on food that wasn't great is the worst. But, this was beyond the food. Very disappointed. I am reaching out to corporate as well.“

“It was my first time eating here at Mama's Soulfood.I ordered the Oaxtail dinner with yellow rice, Collard greens and macaroni cheese.I just moved here from Miami,Florida 10 months ago..I was very dissatisfied with the Collard greens which had a distinct odor and wasn't completely cooked. Oxtails was very salty. Rice was okay and the Macaroni cheese was delicious. I was very disappointed with my experience. I grew up on soulfood from Miami. I have to say my Mama's soulfood experience was the worst.“
