So I went to chipotle after a long 13 hr day. I have gone at 8 pm before and had no issues like I did tonight. I ordered a salad, they were out of chicken and I had to wait for it to cook, no issue it happens. They were out of vegetables, corn and I got the bottom of the barrel on the sour cream. When I asked for the dressing they were out of that too. Would have been nice to know before I ordered a salad. I then go home to finally sit down and eat my dinner. Employee wearing a Black Lives Matter mask? Chipotle should have no option on this and what a shame allowing someone to wear this at work. You can believe in and express yourself but not at work. How do you think it make me feel as a consumer? Like I’m walking into an establishment where I’m not welcome due to my color. Chipotle is lucky I don’t carry a victim mentality or else I would take this further.
P.s not looking for anyone’s opinion either.
They gave me the food in a broken bag, when all the food came out, it fell on the ground, they didn't care, I asked for two more dishes and they charged me again, the attention is very bad, they work lazily, they don't care that the bowl was broken
