“Gorgeous and relaxing. Life is easy at the Grant house. Fully furnished, clean, and perfectly set of so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We vacationed here for a week, and felt like we had arrived to a luxury abode. Between the deck, patio, pool, dock, and fire pit, we were never bored. And when it storms, the upstairs has 3 decks to sit and watch the storm pass. Well worth the hefty price we paid. I only wish I was able to bring my doggo..“

“We visited recently for our anniversary, we love this place! We were warmly welcomed in, while our table was prepared. Getting to our table, we had a thoughtful card signed by the staff wishing us a happy anniversary as well. Our server, Doug, was simply amazing.We wanted to hang out with him all evening! He took amazing care of us, and made very thoughtful recommendations with his great knowledge of the menus. We had the onion tart for an appetizer and it was decadent paired well with some wine and a nice craft cocktail. Main courses of a heritage pork chop perfectly cooked, and my wife had some amazing fettuccini. The flourless chocolate cake for dessert was absolutely divine. “Rosie's Bottoms Up 8400 US Highway 1 Micco, FL 32976 4 Stars As a true bezonian, I always enter an establishment with high hopes. As I walked in, I immediately smelled that old building scent. I mean, this is a good way; it's comforting, like the smell of an old book. While I found the scent reassuring, I doubted the outcome with Rosie's. Rosie is no longer with us and her picture adorns the wall. Marlene, my server, has been here for 19 years, which I found shocking as she is happy, efficient, and works her tuchus off. This garnered Marlene a 62% tip. Well done, Marlene. Marlene has become an icon in these parts, you can even buy a t-shirt with her likeness while dining. I asked Marlene the Magnificent for one Micco Burger (medium rare) and 10 Garlic Parmesan wings. Digging the relaxing vibe of the old place (people were actually having fun in here), I eagerly awaited Marlene's return. It wasn't a long wait as she was soon sighted bringing my order out of the kitchen. Take a look at those pictures. That is a massive burger. The Micco Burger is made from 8 oz of ground beef, hand-formed, with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. A half pound makes for one giant hamburger. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare, the cheese was melted all around and the bun was fresh and tasty. The side of pomme frites was likewise perfectly cooked and just as scrumptious. Moving on to the order of Garlic Parmesan wings. One bite in, I knew these were not the best wings I'd ever had, but they were pretty good. They were cooked correctly and abundantly seasoned. Are they going to win any awards? No. Are they trying to? Also, no. They are fine for what they are. The Big Boy says, “Great vibe, smells, and service. Stop on by and tell Marlene the Big Boy sent ya. Hopefully, she won't yell at you!"“

“My wife and I were invited here by my daughter and her family while visiting Florida to enjoy a perfect ultra-casual, downhome, Floribean night out with the crew… and boy was it. This place is great! Seafood, fish, ambience, waterside dock, rustic comfy tables, rip-roaring and lively music, jumping fish and terrific eats – what else can you ask for? Nothing! Owners, the Buckner family sure know how to make the best of Florida cuisine, environs, ambience and hospitality. As they advertised, we did indeed create memories here! The evening started with a combination of Iced Tea, the Apple Candy, some Yuenglings, their fab Mango Margaritas, and a very, very nice Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc. We had the opportunity to enjoy everything the Crab Stop Seafood Bar & Grill had to offer. Our large group of seafood enthusiasts and native Floribeans went for as much of the menu as we could ingest… including: some fantastic crispy yet tender inside scrumptious Corn Fritters with a side of their fab sauce; an indescribably delish and perfectly prep’d Lobster Bisque, with sherry as it should be; a mouthwatering Fried Mahi-Mahi Sandwich on a perfect non fall apart bun; as well as a superb Crab Cake Sandwich with blue crab and a side of yummy and terrific garlic butter; and what they call the Lobster Snack Pack along with tarter-like sauce; and, not to mention one of the best Conch Fritter Baskets I had in years. I’m an old Florida boy and know conch very well – a fave. We had a marvelous time here and plan to return. The hospitality (as busy as it gets there), the set up with multiple levels and plenty of parking, the down hominess and especially the incredibly superb seafood, makes The Crab Stop a wanna go to place. The Restaurant was clean and well staffed by friendly employees. Restrooms were also available and clean.

The Menu has something for everyone, both food and drinks.

Our food was prepared as ordered and the portions were more than ample. The Drinks were also done well.

The prices in my opinion were very fair.

“As someone from out of state, I have visited Captain Hiram’s sandbar for most of my life (which is an amazing place), but had never ate at Blackfins. We had a group of 8 and everyone’s meal was fantastic. I can’t believe we haven’t ate here sooner and this will now be a staple on our vacation every year. Not one person complained. From the scallops, to the shrimp po boy, to the Reuben, to the blackened fish BLT, everything was delicious. I can’t stop thinking of their fries. Their fries were probably the best I have ever had. The seasoning was great. My shrimp po boy had a lot of shrimp on it, and everyone left full. We had a gorgeous view right from our table. Even though it rained and the windows were open, no one near the window got wet. Highly impressed with Blackfins!!!“

We are not heavy drinkers so we asked for our drinks to be a little on the mild side and they were absolutely perfect!
