He's always got time for a chat, even when the place is packed. He remembers your name, your favorite drink, and he's interested in what you think. The Heights Lounge is fantastic. “The owner was extremely welcoming and patient with me and my daughter. The Boba tea was amazing. You wouldn't even know the shop was there unless you looked for it. “The quality of Service in hospitality is almost even better than the coffee and the coffee is top tier. I am so thankful. They opened up the new location on Little Road! This staff there is absolutely incredible. Every single individual I have come encounter with have just the absolute best. Customer service. I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my 37 years of living. Better value in quality than Starbucks or Dunkin. It’s really hard to find such good quality along side, five star, hospitality, and Service. “Updated my review: looks like the store has all new people, I know that all locations have been changed lately, they have uniforms now, got rid of their secret menu, and other small things. But with all this change you get inconsistencies in your drink. Not filled up the same amount, stronger or weaker depending on who makes it. Still better than any other coffee place in tampa, but that must just be their ingredients. Staff is always nice and accommodating but just inconsistent. This is a large iceless coffee for example, I know with no ice it will be lower than filled to the top with ice, but this looks like a regular when I get it iceless just in a large coffee cup.“

pro:The place is beautiful. Provides plenty seatings (sofa, reading chairs, and dining chairs),Plenty outlets for your electronics. It's kept at a comfortable temperature. Good lighting for writing and reading.
For the cons, The music was a tad bit too loud. The bar stools was super uncomfortable! Perhaps it's by design.... The two Baristas working that night, unfortunately, didn't add anything to this, otherwise wonderful space. They were cold, and bit standoffish. I visit space like this not for the drinks, or the food solely, but a large part for the vibe, community, service, esthetics and inspiration. So when the staff don't play the part, it greatly diminished the experience, or downright defeat the Purpose of visiting. I would recommend this place.“

“I’m recently dairy free because my baby girl has an allergy. I ordered an iced caramel oat milk drink thinking it was dairy free, and then after I had already received my order questioned whether the caramel itself was actually dairy free or not. I went to the window and the worker confirmed it was not. I was clearly super bummed and they offered to make me a different drink. I really appreciated that they did that. My coffee was delicious!“

“The best Cafe I've been to. The jazz bar area behind the Cafe is exceptionally designed and the music is classy and relaxing. I had to wait an extra 5min for my pastry to come out, so I was given a free one. P.s. if you love reading or old books, there's an amazing reading room with shelves lined with old books past the restaurant.“
