I have been going to this Starbucks off and on for 8 years on my way to work. Lately the service is beyond awful. It looks like all new staff who have no idea what they are doing. On Friday I preordered my drink and of course they said it wasn't ready and it was, so for 10 minutes I wasted my time waiting for nothing.
