Slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to every single time. Every time you use the drive thru It’s please pull off to the side and we’ll be with you in 15 minutes. I don’t understand there is no line and there’s nobody in the store. Why does this always happen? Not every store needs to operate perfectly all the time but this is far below brand standards. I gotta tell myself to stop going to this location

I came through the drive-thru to order food for my wife, my two sons, and myself. I had only added two items to my order when the employee interrupted me and started telling me the total as if I had finished ordering.
