“This has been my favorite donut place since I moved here, but its not just the donuts. They have biscuits, croissants, boudin and so much more. Everything is made fresh that day and I've had to make a rule that I can only go once a week or I will gain weight I just don't want.“

“We loved them. We had to stop and get doughnuts from Maynards since we are the Maynards, we were very happy with the service and of course the doughnuts was excellent“

“I'll start by saying the lady behind the counter was great. The restaurant was clean and inviting.
The donuts were mid. I've been missing Krispy Kreme because they all closed down in my area (Gulfport/Biloxi) so I was happy to see one that wasn't too far out of the way between the hotel and office I was meeting at. So I stopped in to pick up a couple dozen for the office.
The filled donuts had almost no filling. The original glazed were a little over cooked so instead of fluffy and airy like they're supposed to be, they were kind of dense, almost like Dunkin (which I don't care for). To top it off (no pun intended), the glaze was very minimal on the original glazed, almost as of the donuts had sucked it all in and didn't leave any for the outside. Or maybe they just didn't put enough on.
The rest of the office appreciated the donuts and the chocolate covered were great so it was overall a decent experience. Oh and those banana donuts were amazing.“

“Decent donuts but the real kicker is, they’re the first donut shop that I’ve ever seen that doesn’t open with the most popular donuts ready for customers to purchase. I’ve been in here two times after a decent drive from Midway. I get there shortly after they open because my kids busses for school run at 6:30. Both times I’ve shown up, they just have the basic cake donuts done and both times have said it’d be 6:15-6:30 before the “fancy” doughnuts are ready. I don’t personally consider Long John’s as “fancy” doughnuts as my kids and I have eaten them all our lives and have never been to a doughnut shop that didn’t have a tray of them ready to go when they open. The lady working is stuck in the middle but says “they can’t get here earlier then 3:30” and while that’s early, that’s the doughnut business. They could easily adjust their morning routine on when they cook what because nothing but cake donuts when you open is a big MISS. I guess my search continues for a donut shop like Good Things donuts in Crestview.“
