The customer service was mediocre. The cashiers were switching drawers, which is fine. However, after that took place, there was still a delay in service. No one to address or speak to the customers. But, my food was fresh. That was the only thing that kept me from rating them 1. The customer service in all of these restaurants is what's missing.Vegetarian options: I got the impossible whopper meal.
I will give them 5 because it's Christmas time, this People are super hardworking. ? The place is super luxury, nice tables and chairs, great music and good fast food.The staff speaks spanish and english, it has a huge parking, drive thru and restrooms.The place was clean, well decorated and super suave! Nice atmosphere.

This is the only burger King in Polk county that deserves to remain in business unlike all the other Burger King's in this county that are horrible, atrocious, unsanitary and awful.
