Me and my wife have placed a cake order for our December 11th 2022 wedding on June 6th. We had in our contract that the cake will be delivered at 11:30am when the venue opens, they came to the venue at 9:30am before the venue was open. They had to return back at 11:30am, cake was redelivered not straight. Chefness didn't offer a discount, they had to send a chef in order to correct the issue. It put lots of stress on us on the wedding day.
