Waited at counter 10 minutes while worker made coffee and sandwich for another customer, while the line behind us got longer, then a second worker miraculously showed up! Donut and coffee was 👍 good.

I’ve ordered online,when I came to pick up-my order was not done.Because store has not any donuts.Instead donuts I’ve got receipt and lady told me :you can ask about refund on a hot line.She will not do refund.So in result I’ve just spent money and nothing got.What is going on there??Scammers??

I downloaded the Dunkin' Donuts app in order to get offers. This is my first day trying to use it. I was supposed to get a free coffee with the purchase. When I went to make my purchase they couldn't scan the coupon. Then after I paid for my order they scanned the app again and the coffee went through. While waiting for my purchase they told me that could not get my coffee since I already had made a purchase. They wanted me to make an additional purchase in order for me to get my free coffee. Beware of this store maybe they are trying to scam. Very disappointed

It's a fast-paced stop. The ladies know my coffee, and when I walk in, I don't have to tell them what I want. I don't eat the food there because it's pre-made and processed.
