Came out without our milkshake and Sunday the first Time. And then it was missing a double cheeseburger which we didn’t notice right away so I’m out four dollars.

Food was cold. Ever time I come order food from here my food is cold looks old nasty I will never order from this McDonald's again. I was also served raw food. My burger was pink in the middle.

Cold fries cold burger Ordered biggie size they gave me regular fries were half empty. It’s just a really really bad experience. I don’t think anybody really cares.

I went to this McDonald’s for the first time and I won’t be back first of all they had me park in the curbside pick up for 20 mins just to get back cold food and salt on my fries I was expecting to have hot fresh food if I’m gonna wait that long for my food but big disappointment I’m never going back worse customer service please don’t go to this McDonald’s.

People dnt want to work at this location. Waited several minutes at drive thru and when someone did finally take my order they said breakfast had just ended.

Staff very rude would not fix incorrect order I came back with a new large order the staff all had a attitude when I asked for a manager she refused to make my order and threatened to call the police then I was told I will not get a refund either and I can do it on the app when I went to do it on the app. They push the order through as if it was already served so I couldn’t get a refund. The manager refused to talk to me and cursed at me. I don’t even know who would make somebody like that a manager. They must be desperate for employees. I will be back to this McDonald’s around lunchtime tomorrow to see if I can find the general manager on site. I will also call corporate and I will also dispute the charges with my credit card company. I will also continue to give bad reviews about this location on every social media and Internet platform for the way I was treated I mean, I understand this is McDonald’s and not Benihana, but man, the levels of disrespect are through

Received the worst attention in the world by an old lady at the drive through. Literally the worst employee I have ever seen in a long time, rude, disrespectful and even insulted us. Shame on you
