Took 15 minutes to get food and only got half my order
The employee Charlie (maybe shirley o dont understand name correctly ) (say im manager ) didn't order, I came this far for nothing, she was very disrespectful and rude, she should definitely not work here

After having been to multiple closed fast food places in Miami on Christmas Eve this was the only place that was open and let me tell you one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten.

0% customer service at this location in the evening. For over 5 year. I hate I have to come here for ice cream because the other never have it. You would think after all these years of Customer complaining about the service. McDonald's would do something about it

The girl who works the morning shift on december 8th at 3:15 am is not fit for that job I spent almost like an hour at the drive thru and when I drove around and peak through the window that girl was on the phone the whole entire time.

They always make you wait 20 minutes at 11pm and they never have frappes or ice cream.

Warning to everyone! This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The ice cream machine was broken (again!) and there was NO sign to let customers know. I paid, waited, and then was rudely told by the manager that I couldn’t get a refund because ‘the machine doesn’t work.’ Excuse me? You charge people for something you can’t serve, and then refuse to return their money?! The manager had zero manners and zero respect. Totally unacceptable. Corporate needs to check this location ASAP — it’s a disaster.

Terrible. No bills and they dont announce the number when It s ready. Just what the meal is Lmfao
Came specifically for the game pieces. Ordered a large fry and large drink. When I told the guy at the window, a woman came up and started telling me, oh, they don’t come on the medium drink. Said this is a large drink. Now there’s 2 people that are telling me they can’t help me. Asked for manager, she tells me oh, they’re not on any of the large drinks, we ran out. Never went in the back to check either. Couldn’t get my 2 game pieces and they wouldn’t give me a different one in place of it. Was told, oh, well I can’t even play the game and I’d get fired if I gave you a different item that had a game piece on it. Couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t get the 2 game pieces I paid for and the food wasn’t even fresh. Huge waste of time, gas and money. Do better McDonalds!!!

Today I came to grab lunch from the local McDonald’s I had a question for the manager, and I was approached by the “supervisor” named Tay I was asking him some questions when the Gentlemen got very rude and walked away in the middle of a conversation with a customer. This gentleman should not be a manager if you cannot operate as a civil human being. I had ordered a large drink and noticed that my drink did not have a monopoly sticker. I tried to get an answer or a question in and it was impossible. Tay needs to be trained properly before interacting with any customer.

Guys, I’m leaving this review so others will be aware. If this happened just once, I would understand. But when it keeps happening again and again, it’s really frustrating. I order nuggets or fries and always specify which sauce I want, yet you constantly forget to include it. Considering I usually take my food to go, this means I get home, realize the sauce is missing, and have to come back to ask for it. That’s just not acceptable. Please pay more attention. Small details like this shape people’s impression of your service.
I understand your employees don’t make much money, but that doesn’t change the fact that I want to receive my full order right away. Today, I noticed the missing sauce before leaving the restaurant. I went back to the counter, waited in line again, and asked for it. Your employee gave it to me with a look as if I had asked for a million dollars. That was extremely unpleasant. Either be more attentive, or at least show some courtesy when a customer points out a mistake. Very disappointing experience.
