Don't come here service is slow and bad. And manager is rude. Don't bring your kids here they talk and walk around . I walked in to place my order. I waited ten minutes in the line. Got an attitude why are they a manager here. They need to shut this place down. They are ruining McDonald's name. Hope people don't come here ever. Day or night. If you want good service don't come here.

Im surprised I can be surprised by service at a McDonald's anymore........order online, give code, pick up at window. How could you really mess that up. Upon being handed our food the "customer service associate" didn't say anything single word. Not a grunt or acknowledgment we took the food or interacted in anyway. Food was what you would expect.

Worst McDonald's Ever. If this is a franchise then McDonald's should get them shut down. This location gives the McDonald's corporation a bad name. Apparently no employee cares about making sure the order is complete including the rude second shift manager, he was a total jerk about it and he found pleasure in pissing off customers. 3 other customers were complaining of the same thing before I ever got the rest of my food from him.The day shift manager when reporting the second shift manager did not care. She was rude also. This West Hallandale McDonalds more than stinks! And to think we pay for this!

Disgusting Men's room, urine all over floor.Stinks like piss, toilet paper every where on back stall...Shift mgr this afternoon laughing at me coming in there yesterday afternoon to mention that Friday morning I purchased a big breakfast platter But on way to work there wasn't a hash brown... Unprofessional,rude, disrespectful..Never ever has cash walk in register open at 7:30 am . Pathetic...now I am writing emails to news media wplg channel 10 to shame McDonald's corporate general mgr in southeast FL plus board of health

This place was filthy when we visited. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. (Trash overflowing, poop in toilet, etc.) Keep in mind, we were there for breakfast. By the time our food came, I had zero appetite. Hopefully, we just caught them at a bad time.

We”re doing work for the plaza overnight and decide to get coffees. We paid through the app and when we get there the lady says the system is down. I ask for a manager and show her the order on my phone. This “manager “ can barely speak English, it’s freezing cold outside and she can’t even simply produce 2 hot coffees. I will never go to this location again, not only am I inconvenienced but she couldn’t even tell me how to cancel the order so now apparently I have to wait 24 hours and maybe I’ll get my money back. Why have a manager if they don’t know the language, the company apps or basic human decency?

This is the worst McDonald’s in the entire country and I eat McDonald’s 4x a week. The staff doesn’t want to work here. They are so rude. The drive thru employees are rude on mic, at window and the food is thrown together poorly to top of off even the company who cuts the bushes just blew rocks all over my vehicle with my car window down. Worst experience ever will never return to this location - spend money at a different McDonald’s, trust me.
