Oh man was this place amazing! Just passing through and had a sushi craving. Full fish market w unreal sushi roles made w homemade sauces and spice. Very impressed. Staff was great! Definitely going back next time I’m through!!!
I recently visited the new sushi bar at Collins 1700 while on vacation in Miami, and I was thoroughly impressed! The sushi is incredibly fresh, and the chefs prepare hand rolls right in front of you, adding to the overall experience. The quality of the fish was outstanding, and each bite was a delight. I’m definitely planning to visit again before I head back home. If you’re in the area and love sushi, this place is a must-try!
