Zaatar is a hidden gem! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The salad bar was spotless and well-stocked exactly how a busy restaurant should operate. As someone with over 12 years in the industry, I know salad stations are never covered because staff don’t have time to open and close lids every few seconds. It was clean, fresh, and definitely not how one unfair review described it.
The chicken shawarma was flavorful and fresh off the pit, and their spicy sauce added the perfect kick. The prices are also very reasonable, making it a great value. The only small thing I personally didn’t love was the fat on the chicken, I prefer to trim and prep mine before marinating. But overall, the food was delicious, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re in Miami and craving authentic Middle Eastern flavors!

This place is not clean. All the food n the salad jus sit there with no cover. The owner is very unfriendly n the food is average n superexpensive.

It is a great and friendly place to eat or purchase some delicious Deli items. Their Spicy Palestinians Olives are the best I ever had.

I didn't find anything special about this place. The shawarma is on the smaller side. The taste was decent but not superb (maybe I'm spoiled), and the value is so so. I'll give it another try and may update the review later, but for now, I find this place pretty average.

my favorite place ever. I've been eating here the same plate of chicken shawarma and beef shawarma for almost 3 years. it's always been so tasty and good. my favorite spot to go after work and with friends too. the staff is really friendly and they make the food really good and fast. so goood!!!

Express service, personally attended by the owner. I have had the opportunity to experience this place both as a customer and from the inside, and I can confidently say that the food is simply delicious. Every dish is prepared with dedication, and the flavors truly stand out. The atmosphere is cozy, and it is run by very friendly people like Munnir, who has been there for many years providing excellent service. Definitely a place I always want to return to. Highly recommended!

We were in the area and after our first visit we had to come again, falafel sandwich was great, and the chicken shawarma wrap was probably the best that I had in US. They also made a Shish Tawook dish out of the menu for my kid. The hummus was also great as appetizer.
