“In town for a business event and happened to find this gem of a restaurant. I was lucky to be seated quickly because 85% of the tables were reserved. The staff was the most friendly and eager to please. Alexa in particular was dealing with some rather demanding customers, and she did it with a smile and grace. The six formaggi pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had- the crust was stuffed with ricotta and I was in heaven. The Gorgonzola was a very forward flavor, so if bleu cheeses aren’t your favorite I’d make the pizza a five formaggi instead. The chocolate mousse was also light and delicate. I will go out of my way to return on future trips to the area.“

“We had my sister’s college graduation dinner/party here and we had the best server, Nick!! The room was nicely set up and the service was incredible. Nick welcomed us like family, he was funny, energetic, engaging, and very helpful with our large party (26 people) even after having a long day. Also he served our party all by himself! The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner and it was all correct. The drinks and bread came out so quick and the refills kept coming (I think I drank at least 6 diet cokes and so much bread) all thanks to Nick! This dinner was amazing and a great memory and way to celebrate my sister. Thanks Carrabba and Nick! Can’t wait to have another party here!“

“Get to Cafe Paisano immediately! My wife, daughter, and I found Cafe Paisano while we were staying in Longwood on vacation. I had already eaten, they got some takeout, and when I tasted the food, I knew we would be headed back before we left. Cafe Paisano is a smaller, cute place with indoor and outdoor seating. We brought 12 people and they were happy to accommodate us in no time. Our group ordered a variety of entrees and EVERYONE loved their meal. Pizza, lasagna, pasta, everyone was happy and the portions were large. Our server was a young lady, but she was amazing! She handled our large, rowdy group very well with the skill of someone who had been serving for decades. She is probably the best server I have ever had. Upon arriving and before leaving I spoke briefly with the owner and he makes you feel right at home. Living close to New Orleans, it's hard to find a restaurant that will beat our favorite places in the city, but this little spot right here is an absolute hidden gem. Whenever I am in Orlando I will be stopping in to dine with these great people. Longwood is lucky to have them.“

Absolutely outstanding experience at Mandola’s Italian Kitchen in Maitland! From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was spotless and inviting—very clean and well-maintained throughout.
The food was amazing. Every dish was flavorful, perfectly prepared, and true Italian comfort at its best. You can tell they take real pride in the quality.
What really set this place apart was the excellent customer service, especially from Hanna and Matthew in the dining room. “We have been customers of Carrabba’s for over 25 years, but unfortunately, the lasagna at the Sanford location has changed. Our recent order arrived with almost no pasta, mostly cheese and sauce. The manager kindly replaced it and offered a discount, which we appreciated, but the second lasagna still only had one layer of pasta. This is not about compensation — it’s about consistency and quality. We hope Carrabba’s brings back the lasagna quality we have enjoyed for many years.“

“Cork & Olive is such a wonderful hidden gem in Lake Mary! My Husband and I had dinner there last night and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the wine was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and inviting — the kind of place where you can actually settle in and enjoy the evening.

It has that charming neighborhood feel that makes you want to tell people about it, while secretly hoping it never becomes too crowded. We had such a lovely experience and will absolutely be back many times in the future.

If you’re local and haven’t tried Cork & Olive yet, do yourself a favor and go. This little place deserves plenty of love and support!“

“Absolutely amazing. The customer service at the Lake Mary location was so great. Last week we wanted pizza and someone recommended Filomena’s to me so I ordered online. When I ordered it told me it would be delivered within an hour which was perfect. A few moments later I got a text message saying it was going to be 2 hours. Because of this I called to cancel and spoke with Justine. She was great and canceled the order for me. About 20 minutes later she called back to let me know that they deliver in house vs using DoorDash when using the website and that next time we should call to order to skip the third party. The fact that she called me back to tell me this is such great customer service. She needs to be given all the praise or a raise 👀🤣. Fast forward to tonight when I called to place a deliver order, she remembered me and was so great again. Even called the manager to see if they would deliver a little farther out of their radius. I seriously could not recommend you guys enough.“

However the service at this restaurant was beyond fantastic! I can't say enough about how well we were treated. Prompt attentive etc... I love the atmosphere in this restaurant for a Saturday evening it was a moderate level of sound plenty of people but seated properly. I enjoyed myself and might even go back before another 25 years lol“

“Me and my sister got takeout and unfortunately, the bag broke because they didn’t use a plastic bag for the soup… But Miles was to the rescue.

He not only re-did the whole order and made sure it was in plastic but he went over and above to make sure we were happy and anticipated our needs as guests, even though we didn’t ask for anything extra…

We highly recommend Miles. He is the exception, not the rule in customer service and I have personally done 25 years of customer service including being a Darden employee at multiple franchises so I know and was floored by Miles way of handling customers needs in

We got the deep dish with Italian sausage and onion, the all meat, and their monster pizza in addition to their Cesar and chopped salads. I've had 5 Guys (yechh . . . and $7 for just a dog), Sam's Club (very good and a bargain) but they're not a Detroit coney. I found ref to B's (located at Lowes Orange City) and tried it today . . . EXCELLENT! I complemented the vendor while leaving a tip saying they were very close to Detroit's except lacked the snap in each bite. (Detroit's use casing weiners) He immediately whipped me up another dog using Sabrett brand Weiner with casing at no charge. It was spot on. I'll be back. Oh yeah, the prices are right too.“
