the waitress attempted to add unauthorized gratuity. she stated it was a party of 5.. there were 3 adults, a newborn and a 2 year old.. please tell when a newborn and a child is apart of a party. I will never step foot in there again.. don't force a tip by lying.. and there is no signage or verbal discussion about how automatic gratuity is added... please check your receipts before paying..bad business

The Nine Heathrow Thai Grill & Kitchen offers a delightful mix of sushi rolls and Thai dishes that are always fresh, quick, and decently priced. The staff is known for being welcoming and attentive, providing outstanding hospitality. Chef Nuchy’s passion and talent shine through in the taste and quality of her dishes, which are made from scratch. Popular choices include shrimp pad Thai, pad see ew, and steamed pork dumplings. The desserts are outstanding, with crispy banana served with house-made whipped cream and delicious sticky rice, which ends the meal perfectly. The restaurant features traditional Thai food, especially dishes from south of Bangkok, such as panang chicken, and offers many gluten-free options. The setting has a mid-century modern vibe, with drinks made in-house at a well-stocked bar. Despite some opening day issues, the food and service are prompt and friendly, making it a great place for a special occasion. The menu also includes appetizers like curry chicken rolls and veggie dumplings, along with salads like larb crispy chicken and papaya salad. Recent customers have praised the incredible food, atmosphere, and service, highlighting the crispy duck and the perfect dipping sauce for coconut shrimp. Overall, The Nine is a terrific spot for trying new dishes and enjoying a welcoming atmosphere, with a recommendation for the fried cheesecake as well.
