Terrible service, I asked if there was something that was churrasco and they served me a miserable amount of it accompanied by a small amount of rice and beans, the portion was ridiculous for the $16.08 it cost, They took too long to serve my lemonade which was too acidic, I complained and no one seemed to care. I am very disappointed in the service and the food, which I thought was stolen.

Bad experience, the Manager Marcia, terrible service, closing at 11:40 they didn't have any food that I ordered and they couldn't give me my money back, meaning I had to give them the money because according to her, she closed the box because the cashier had to leave now. Horrible experience I never shop there again

I give it a star because they never serve quickly and besides, they didn't have beans today that I went and a meal without beans is no good, it's the complement to the meal, how can they think of not having beans?
The food is delicious, the service is really bad and the place is always packed with a lot of cars in the drive thru and a lot of people in the lobby. Sometimes they run out of chicken sandwiches and cuban sandwiches.

Everytime I got to eat eat I have Horrible experiences with my food . They serve a bunch of rice with a little of Beans. The chicken is always cold or burned or sometimes they don’t have enough and serve you left overs . Im done with this place . Im never going back there . If you go to this location make sure you double check your food . Make sure is not burned or cold . Make sure they give you the right order. I gave this place way to much chances. Im done buying food from this place. They never have Cilantro sauce.
