Clean facilities, food as expected, Tropical el Pollo.
The food tasted great.Chicken and rice was nice and hot. The staff seemed pleasant. Only thing is,when I went there last month,the lady taking the orders didn't understand English that well,but what do I expect being in Hialeah, right? They were saying order numbers in Spanish. That was a learning experience.
Placed an order online so I wouldn’t have to wait the long line that is usually there. Ended up waiting an extra 20min after the ready time. Watched about 12 people come in, order and leave with their food and yet I was still waiting. Then they told me that they were out of the desert for the kids meal and refused to replace it with something else. The workers all seemed to hate each other and just gave each other nasty looks. No customer service skills at all.
