The reality is that we have to recognize when someone has good customer service skills just passed by this location, and the guy attending the drive-through was very nice and helpful.
I had an issue where they got my order wrong but the manager William went above and beyond to make it right. I will definitely go back because of his great customer service. Thank you. I wish more people were like him.
