“So, I hit up Kpot in Lakeland, ready to grill some goodies, our server was Sam. She was definitely an experience. Sam was a super friendly, slightly spacey, but totally endearing human whirlwind. She zipped around like she was on a mission to save the world. I'm pretty sure Sam forgot my cousins drink order twice, but honestly, her smile was so genuine, I couldn't even be mad. It's like Sam were running a marathon, but instead of water, she were fueled by pure, unadulterated niceness. If you're looking for a server who's gonna make you laugh and maybe accidentally bring you an extra side of kimchi, same is your girl! Just be patient, enjoy the chaos, and remember, they're probably juggling a million things at once. Big props to Kpot for hiring such a sweetheart!”

“This is a wonderful dessert shop with a wide variety of Italian ice, gelato, ice cream and shakes. Items are gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. Owners are wonderful and always welcoming and friendly. Business is sparkling clean and inviting.”

“Love the staff and food. Tried the restaurant after the renovation and the new items added to the menu are awesome. Everything is hot and fresh. Home made pickles are a tasty garnish. The French fries are lightly seasoned and thick crinkle cut. Golden texture is great and you don’t even need ketchup. The pulled bbq is our fav along with the Mac n cheese. Best out there. The owner comes around to Check on the tables and the staff are so friendly, you feel like part of the family. Can’t wait to go back. Breanna was our server tonight and she is sweet as the bbq sauce and took great care of us, great service.”

“I just wanted something quick and yummy that wasn’t a ton of unhealthy calories. I ordered their supergreen wrap with the fire braised chicken thigh 👌🏻. First of all. The thing was massive. I opened it and was like my goodness. 😋. It was so delicious. I about downed the whole thing. 😅 Also, when I went to pick it up, they were super friendly. My food was ready to go and neatly package. I’ll definitely be back again for lunch soon.”

“My parents and I came to Bartow for a quick trip. We just wanted to pick up dinner and found Palace Pizza down the street from our airbnb. It was a great pizza! The pizza dough was excellent and had good flavor. The staff were very friendly. My husband didn’t make this trip and we have a lot of good pizza places at home, but I told him that he needs to come to Bartow to try this pizza!”
