“Went to Holiday House for breakfast, 5/19/24. My friend was with me. This was her first time visiting Holiday House. The breakfast was AWESOME!! The waitress staff were very friendly and prompt. We both had to get to go boxes. Don’t know why YELP gives Holiday House 4 $$$$!! My huge corned beef omelette w/ home fries was only $10.95!!! Apparently there are a very numerous amount of people totally agree!! If you’re ever in Holiday Florida… they are in a strip center on Hwy 19. You should stop and enjoy a great meal with VERY affordable prices!!!“

“Why Mark the Manager is a Good and Qualified Leader at Charleys Cheesesteaks, Strong management is the foundation of any successful restaurant, and at Charleys Cheesesteaks, Mark the Manager demonstrates what true leadership looks like on a daily basis. A good manager must balance efficiency, communication, customer satisfaction, and financial responsibility—all while motivating a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Mark embodies these qualities and more. His skills, experiences, and character make him a qualified and outstanding manager who not only keeps the restaurant running smoothly but also ensures that employees and customers alike feel valued. One of Mark’s greatest strengths is his ability to keep operations running efficiently. At Charleys Cheesesteaks, the lunch rush can be overwhelming, with long lines of hungry customers expecting quick service and fresh food. Mark manages these busy times with remarkable composure, directing staff to their roles, making sure orders are prepared accurately, and stepping in himself when extra hands are needed. For example, if the grill area becomes backed up, Mark will assist the cooks to speed up service, showing that he is not just a supervisor but also a team player. His strong organizational skills ensure that even during peak hours, the restaurant remains calm, orderly, and productive. Beyond logistics, Mark is a natural leader who focuses on developing his employees. He understands that a restaurant is only as strong as its team, so he invests in training new hires and supporting existing staff. For instance, when a new employee struggles with learning the sandwich assembly process, Mark patiently works beside them until they feel confident. He gives constructive feedback without being harsh, making his team members feel encouraged rather than criticized. Employees respect him not only because of his position but because of his fairness and dedication to their growth. As a result, staff turnover is lower, and team morale is consistently high under his management. Mark also goes above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. In the restaurant industry, one negative experience can deter a customer from returning, but Mark takes active steps to prevent that. If a guest receives the wrong order, Mark personally apologizes, remakes the sandwich, and sometimes offers a small discount or a free drink to show that the customer’s experience matters. These small gestures build loyalty and leave customers with a positive impression of Charleys Cheesesteaks. In conclusion Mark the Manager has shown very good manager skills and he if a very good manager.“
