I’ve been a loyal customer at Brothers Farmers Market in Hollywood for many years and have always enjoyed shopping here. However, I recently had a disappointing experience. I purchased a coconut water that turned out to be rotten. When I brought it back to exchange, I was denied because I didn’t have the receipt. I completely understand that receipts are usually required, but since it was clearly their product and I was only asking for a simple exchange—not a refund—I feel the decision was wrong and not reflective of the customer service I’ve come to expect.

Fresh produce, some high end products sea moss, hilarity rare fruits and vegetables, mushrooms of all kind including fresh lions mane. Seeded watermelon, some herbs and plants. Organic

I really dont like this place. I hope they close down and somehow another better supermarket opens up. They sell everything over priced. They resell things from Aldis and costco for over price. And alot of times the food is sold already rotten. I wouldnt suggest this place at all. The people are nice but whoever owns this place really sucks at managing it. The selection they have is all boring and old. And the juices made sometimes taste sour like if it is already spoiling. I wouldnt recommend. Can you guys please just close down and put another better company here???? Thank youuuu!!!

Hubby and I spent $99.46. The display of products was nice, but inside is small.The female cashier watched us the entire time while shopping. We have shopped here on numerous occasions, and never payed attention, but I felt uneasy this time. I thought it was just me, but no hubby notice this behavior also, because she made it obvious. We will never shop there again because of there unjust behavior.

HORRIBLE customer service. Bought two juices that were rotten, tried to return and the “owner” told me she would not sell me any more juice because of this return. I have been coming here for YEARS and was just denied future service because of a juice that spoiled. Then she wants to tell me I left it in the car instead of apologizing and offering a refund or substitute ? DO NOT GO HERE. Nasty customer service from the “owner”.
