Gluten-free hamantaschen are better than any regular ones purchased at a bakery - on par with homemade. If you are looking for something that's not overly sweet, full of natural raw ingredients, and taste delicious as if it wasnt gluten free at allDilka's is the place! The owner is just as wonderful as the food she bakes. Most gluten free breads are cold, frozen, and hard but the Challah and bagels are soft as clouds. Gluten Free doesn't always mean lack of flavor Dilka as proven it can taste like the real deal without cheating and suffering later. Thanks Dilka!
