This is a company where you do not need papers that authorize you to work legally in the United States, they fire you for having legal documents or for claiming your rights, the salaries are very low, the discrimination, the truth is, I don't know how places like this let them do these things and there are no authorities to take action

This food service box was a benefit after hospital discharge from Care Plus Medicare HMO. I had 2 hospital addictions in July on 3 days apart....Customer service at this company mixed up my order. Delivered 2nd box a hot melted box of food 6 days early then failed to correct issue. They even lied to Care Plus about what they did.Additionally the customer service agent for Deliverlean made fun of my speech disability and told me if I raised my voice I would never ever get food. Now Nations Market are lying even though they claim your calls are recorded when you contact them. I gave them one last chance to correct this....so I want everyone to know about this. Members of Insurance Companies are also getting ripped off‼‼‼A benefit that can't be used

I would never eat anything from these people after experiencing how bad they treat their employees. I have never been treated worse ,as a human, as a professional Chef, in my long career. No one was happy to be there, people were yelling and screaming at each other. The work was impossible to keep up with. Kitchen was like a dungeon, the walk-in cooler broke and the food had to be moved, the freezer broke down, that food had to be moved, nobody knew where to find anything, the lazy desk jockeys wouldn't give me recipes, the recipes were wrong! Everybody had Bad attitude.These people were horrible. Insulting, demeaning, and nobody should be asked to work like that, no break, no food.What's embarrassing are the lazy desk Jockey chefs, your not better than anybodyYou're not better than me

Food is bland, but healthy. Not enough choices, first time I tried their General Wellness menu, next time I order the Diabetic meals, hoping for more variety; but received the exact same meals both times. Will not order again.

Their meal prep delivery service was great definitely one of the best but they canceled that part of their business at least in Palm Beach County to focus on business to business sales. I tried some of their business to business meals and to say they were awful would be an understatement. So sad it was a great thing for a while

Delicious and healthy food, deplorable customer service. The order was placed when I was discharged January 13, 2022, promise to deliver January 19, 2022, the order did not arrive, and it was not until a representative from Humana contacted them to inform them at the end of the day January 19, 2022 that the order would not be delivered until January 20, 2022. Total lack of courtesy, on January 20, 2022, the food was left on the floor in front of the entrance door to the apartment, they never knocked on the door, we did not know the face of the person who made the delivery, and we do not know how many hours the food was on the floor outside the apartment, because it was not seen until for another reason we opened the door. Zero courtesy.

Great tasting food, that is perfectly proportioned and helps me manage not only my daily calories but my macros as well. We travel back and forth to Florida every so many months, and the customer support team is super helpful in scheduling our start and end dates every time.

I have had plenty of delivery programs and specific diet plans, these guys knock it out of the park. Plus, their customer service rocks (ANDY!)I highly recommend for anyone that wants food that is high quality, good portions and very fresh. Menu choices are amazing. Do yourself a favor and check this - try it, you will like it.
We ordered Deliver Lean for our father for when he got home from spinal surgery. Having never ordered anything like this before, I was hopeful that everything was going to be good. We could not be more pleased with the product and the service. My father absolutely loves everything that we have ordered for him. The quality is very good and the price is very fair for the amount of food you get. He has another surgery soon and we will be definitely be using Deliver Lean again.

I have been getting meals from Deliver Lean off and on for several years. They are very flexible, I only have meals delivered when I request them and I choose my entrees from their menu. There is always at least 3 or 4 dishes that I like on the menu. I get 2 of each for me and my wife. The portions are very generous. The items all have a gourmet twist beyond what we would prepare at home.

I highly recommend DeliverLean!! Everything was so delicious, and healthy. I loved the fact that I could simply go online and choose my meals for each day of the week. DeliverLean is perfect to have with my schedule, since I am always on the run, and only want healthy options. The meals are so fresh, the portions are big enough and always delivered on time. I'm a new customer and so far not impressed. All my salads have been delivered already browning and gooey. The chicken in the salads isn't fresh -- tastes funky. The chicken and beef in entrees doesn't taste fresh either. I have tried at least 6 different local meal plan companies and this is by far the worst. I will say they do have a good menu variety but if you can't show up with food that tastes like the beautiful photos, you are not doing a good service to customers or yourselves.
