I ordered 6 pounds of Faroe salmon. I removed the fish, packed in plastic, and opened it; was very slimy and really didn't appear to be that fresh. I continued opening the plastic packs; all the fish appeared to be in the same condition. I carefullly washed each piece of salmon and dryed it. Then I packaged in butchers paper and froze it leaving 2 pieces out so I could cook it. I put salt, pepper, and garlic on the fish and put it in the frig. Highly recommend. Amazing company. Have used Peter’s for Christmas gifts the past 3 years. Customer Service is top notch. Had an issue with a delivery and they corrected it within hours.

Peter’s provided excellent service and very fresh, high quality seafood. After Peter told me the Australian Barramundi was not available I substituted Branzino and was delighted. The crab claws were also outstanding. The delivery was well packaged, and arrived in great shape. A nice touch to add the dipping sauce and mallet for the crab. We will definitely be repeat customers!
