A wonderful experience. Every bite of food was amazing. If you happen to have the corn chowder, it's life changing. The staff was so attentive and polite. Bravo Prime!

Truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Every dish expertly prepared and presented, with outstanding freshness and flavors. Would go out of my way to indulge in their delicious menu again!

Fabulous evening. Food was excellent, especially the steak and sea bass. Service was fantastic everyone was extremely professional. Our waiters enhanced our dinning experience. The room was smaller than normal fine dinning restaurants and that added to the ambience. It is expensive but not overly expensive. Strongly recommend for fine dinning restaurants. After dinning, your party have the Diplomat facilities especially the large bar and lounge.

This restaurant is one of the best for high end steak and seafood. Starting off with the nicest hostess. Though we weren't dressed the part my wife and I were still given a wonderful table. The food was fantastic. We started off with a shrimp and a lobster cocktail. Six jumbo shrimp and a half a lobster chopped up in its shell. Both served together on ice. Beautiful presentation with sauces. The main courses were the Crabcake and a New York strip. I originally asked for steak sauce, but didn't need it. Everything was over the top. Especially the service. Both of our servers were what you would expect at a Michelin star restaurant.

The food and service at Diplomat Prime was truly outstanding. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was one of the best restaurants that we have dined at this year. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It was a last minute decision to eat here. We we're staying down the street for our annual girls birthday spa weekend. The food and service were amazing!!! We will be back. The only thing I'll say is if you stay nearby Uber to The Diplomat, valet parking cost us $52 to park for a 2 1/2 dinner!!! We also didn't realize there was a Public garage across the street.

We celebrated my sister’s birthday there and we had a great experience. All workers are extremely professional. Sebastian was really amazing. He was checking on us and provided everything we needed while waiting for our food and the food was delicious worth going ??

Got a reservation on Monday August 5th to celebrate our anniversary. Used Open Table as I have on multiple occasions before. It was confirmed the day before. Showed up at 8:00 pm, the reservation time, only to find out the restaurant was closed. The valet said that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and sure enough it was. So Open Table gave out and confirmed a reservation for a day in which the restaurant does not operate. Even on their website, the restaurant shows Monday as a day of operation. Our evening was ruined. We were left with nowhere to go and had to improvise. I won't be back.

Our dinner was great, not lively enough for a Friday night but that not was Prime is about. The food was EXCELLENT. I had the wagyu skirt steak & my boyfriend enjoyed a delicious NY Strip both cooked to perfection. Our servers lead by Fabian were amazing.
