Unless The Diplomat gets their stuff together, this is an absolute never again for me. I was texting with the front desk staff for more than 24 hours before I got someone to address my problem. Concierge were awesome a lady from Yorkshire, UK. The garden team however pants. The weekends it’s full of rowdy South American families that book in to use the facilities, then they tell me to move off the grass. You couldn’t make it up. Prices for drinks ridiculous and I’ve stayed at some of the best 5 star hotels. For sure I won’t be going back.
After changing my checkout date, but somebody in person at the front desk told me I will not be charged an early checkout fee two days later the fee shows up on my credit card, not only that the place was dirty way overpriced and staff was not friendly. I do not recommend this resort and I definitely will not be going back after being in Hilton Honors member since 2007 i called five times and noone can help me. Beware
