Do not order pick up or delivery. Drivers had to wait for food to be ready 3 times because they "did not get the order". Maybe dine in is better. I called in an order for pickup after the 4th time and again "they did not get the order". Had to re-order and wait. On a bright note, the waitress on meth was actually pretty nice

Good food. Awful and shameful customer service.Extremely rude, lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful staff that constantly gets online orders wrong or does not even honour it’s own delivery policy after we have already paid for our order.One time we waited 2hrs for our order until the poor delivery person who was waiting outside went in to inquire about the hold-up and the manager literally said “tell them it’s cancelled.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE!!!My burger came without the actual burger …The fries were raw, the chicken chewy, the bread stale, the pulled beef dry, cauliflower burnt, and the sauces sour. Not 1 thing came correctly.Tried to reach out to get a refund, but I just got attitude and they refuse to take responsibility for this.Spent close to $200 and still waiting for my refund from HBK Burger on Stirling
