Considering this place is located inside the back of a small little barbershop, it truly is a little hole in the wall. “My wife and I always come to the mall to walk and sometimes eat at Carrot Express but lately we’ve been coming more because this new manager named Darrell has been making efforts that blow us away. He’s super attentive and checks on how everyone’s food is and even prepared a coffee for us on the house. Very impressed and it’s been very nice to eat here.
