The food is always good but the take out service which seems to be a big business for the is terrible. No organization and the lady kept taking phone calls rather than get the many many orders out that were just sitting. It was pretty frustrating. The time before when I ordered they claimed they had never received my order. I always order from their website.

The services it’s alway good and the server are always friendly but at the Time to pay on my tap they charged me the lime for the salad and the dressing for the tostones side. The lady the owner was there and speak on bad ways to the employees in front of the customers

It's crazy how I've been waiting on some red beans and French fries for over 25 mins now and when I ask what is the delay they just tell me to give them a few more mins smh I will never come back here... and to make matters worse the French fries were COLD.. it gets worse the own called to tell me to take down my review that if I did she would refund me my money NO MA'AM it's not about u refunding me my money it's how bad the service was and how your Associates don't know how to communicate with a customer.. I will not go back i wish u the best

This place is a classic and Dario is the best in service. I recommend it and they have daily options at a very good price.

What happened to this place? They made me wait 15 minutes to take my order and when I asked for what I wanted they told me was not available because was 5:03. Then they bring a burnt fish and a chicken milanesa that was with a layer of cheese that looked was there for two days? made me and my kid sick half way of the dinner

My opinion regarding the service regarding the waitresses, I have no complaints, they are very efficient and very professional.
As for the food, my experience was bad, I ordered some pork chops and it was a bad decision, the meat was very tough, I called the manager and they apologized for the poor quality.
He offered me to order another dish and I decided to order grilled chicken breast (time was already counting). It took so long to eat that the disgust really took away my desire to eat, I paid for the food and the bottle, after ordering The one who packed it went to the facón that is in front of the exit.

THIS CRITICISM GOES TO THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYING FOOD, they charge dearly but they charge dearly but offer at least products that satisfy diners

Food was a best average, had 2 chicken soups, had little to no chicken or noodles or veggies, as well as a streak sandwich, and the steak was tiny compared to the bread.
