The food is always good but the take out service which seems to be a big business for the is terrible. No organization and the lady kept taking phone calls rather than get the many many orders out that were just sitting. It was pretty frustrating. The time before when I ordered they claimed they had never received my order. I always order from their website.
I come to this restaurant often with my 7 year old son. We love the place but rarely get good service because of all the big parties that are more attended to. The food and drinks are always great along with the atmosphere, (this is why we keep coming back). Tonight however, the experience was better than ever! Larisa was our server and she was absolutely delightful. This night was the best service we have ever experienced at Sergio’s. I recommend this eatery to all foodies...
Yanet gave us an outstanding service. I will always ask for her. Her aptitude, professionalism is hard to fine. She is an employee to keep. Netas is also a great employee with an excellent service.
