Mamacitas Latin Bar & Grill

Great location and a beautiful place, but the customer service was disappointing. The bartender was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome, which really took away from the overall experience. It’s unfortunate because the venue itself has so much potential. I hope management addresses this, as better customer service would make a huge difference.

Truly the worst Breakfast I have ever had the misfortune to experience whilst in Florida.
My wife ordered 2 eggs, sausage and toast. eggs were ordered over easy, came more like an Omelate, No toast was served although they tried to charge for it. Coffee was served in paper cups and service was garbage.
I ordered Mexican breakfast tasted ok but presentation looked terrible and again service was dreadful, they had enough servers who were more than happy to talk among each other's than serve customers. I hope it was it was just a Tuesday 1100 slow bad day.

Lively atmosphere with decent food. Had a great time watching the World Cup on huge screens.

I have been coming to Mamacitas for over eight years, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing.

My husband and I waited 35 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After we were finally served, we weren’t given any utensils or napkins, which only added to the poor experience.

Unfortunately, the service at Mamacitas seems to get worse every time we visit. It’s truly a shame because this used to be one of our favorite places. After being loyal customers for so many years, we expected much better service.

Our waitress Mercedes was the worst. Attitude from the very beginning and screwed up our order. Horrible service.. totally disappointed with this place.

Don't waist your time or money. A table of 7 and no one like their food. Lack of flavor and the service wasn't good.

On our way to Miami from Fort Lauderdale for a cruise and was looking for something affordable and on the beach. Mamacitas fit the bill. This isn't a quiet, relaxed place but we sat away from the main action so that was OK. Fun atmosphere with music and people singing. Food arrived very quickly and was really good especially the lechon asado that I ordered. Would hughly recommend if you're looking for something reasonably priced, on the beach, and with a lively atmosphere.

This place was recommended by hotel staff. When we got there we were excited to try the food. So we each got something different, the Cuban sandwich and rice & shrimp dish. Atmosphere was below average, there were flies that kept annoying us. The table and chairs were very old and sticky. Service was mediocre. The food was very underwhelming. The rice and fries were bland and the Cuban sandwich was uninspiring. The gut-punch to this whole experience was the price. The total came to over $50, all for a very unsatisfying meal.

Always fun, great live music, and a vibe that's tough to beat on the Hollywood Boardwalk. Massive drinks to give you the courage needed to find a nice Latina to dance with!
