The buffet was very organized. The sauces were in a different area categorized and described. There was a dessert bar from which we only ate a macaroon because we were stuffed. The conveyor belt was definitely a plus because you get to pick all you can eat without leaving your table. Very low maintenance. The server comes to refill tour drinks and refill your boiling pot but overall you feel like you are in your private kitchen without the hussle of cleaning and doing the dishes.
