Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The menus screens were not working. I couldn’t see the prices. I was charged $12.83 for a 3 piece tender meal when there was a $6 option. The manager said he “refunded it” and purchased the meal for $6.42. The money was not returned. The food was not hot. The chicken was dry. I had to ask for condiments. The toilet didn’t flush. WOULDN’T RETURN EVER…

This is one of the slowest Popeyes I have ever been to. They are always out of something and take forever to get you your order. I have ordered here a couple of times, and each time there has been a problem. I ordered the signature hot wings with sauce on the side. And they told me they couldn’t do it. The sauce had to be on the wings. But put the other sauce on the side. Items are missing or wrong orders. Because you've already waited so long, you don’t want to go back. At this point I’ll have to find other place or just stop eating Popeyes. Very disappointing!

Today at 5:30p, I received chicken that tastes old. The skin was dark like the grease was old and I couldn’t even taste the spices. I wouldn’t have to resort to leaving a complaint on Google if you offered receipts or just put them in the bag. Waste of $10

So disappointed, I was craving Popeyes for awhile and finally decides to take the leap again due to a previous bad meal but NJ last time. We was at the mic for 5 mins, then drove up because there was no answer. The cashier said the mic isnt working, but there was no sign on it. I should've know at that that point it was going to be bad. I ordered for me and my daughters $28. All of our food was disgusting, the restaurant was not busy thats probably why.. Our bisquit was tough, chicken wings & chicken sandwish was all tough and should have not been served. I want my money back because we could not eat that food, never again thats for sure!

A bit tight in there but the service was precise and quick even though they were swamped with customers. A finely tuned machine is what the employees' movements presented. Refreshing.

I took this screenshot as soon as I received my food that was ordered AHEAD OF TIME THROUGH THE MOBILE APP.

Point was to order ahead, quickly pick up and go. I had to wait for about 20 minutes inside even though my app said “order was ready for pickup”.

I can understand “busy”

But FORTY SIX MINUTES of wait time is simply unacceptable.

I hope this message gets to the right person and they do something about it.

The 2 PC chicken meal and macaroni and cheese was the WORST Chicken I have ever had in my life. JUST NASTY. DRY, HARD AND NO FLAVOR AT ALL. IT TASTED LIKE IT OLD FROM LIKE A WEEK AGO. I WANT MY 13 BUCKS BACK SERIOUSLY. DO NOT ENTER AND DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH. Go to kfc across the street.
