Subway in Hollywood

“This Subway is my favorite in Broward County for many reasons. The employees are consistently exceptional in how friendly they are, they somehow make the sandwiches taste better (I think it is the way they bake the bread), and the place is spotlessly clean. It always is a very pleasant retreat for me during the work day.“

“One of the best locations of subway I've ever visited. I came in at like 1am, the guy that worked there that night was very nice and have very good customer service skill. The subs were gooood and fresh.Edit** as you can see i usually like this location but this last visit i felt like the 2 employees wanted to just be done with me, i know it was a late order but thats what they're open for and made horrible mistakes on all 3 sandwiches that made them not as i wanted. I hope they bring back the workers with the good energy they used to have...“

“I came in to the restaurant after a while from not coming back. I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE today with the staff a complete turn around from the garbage of individuals that use to be working here and unfortunately had encountered previously. I was helped today by LORENA & DONSON super sweet young people and helpful, didn’t rush you and were very polite. XIARA at the register was very sweet as well and talkative to her customers. I am so pleased to have come in today and see the difference in staff SPECIALLY & atmosphere. The place looks very nice too!“

“I recently visited when I was staying at the Margaritaville Resort. Ezequiel was working that night and is doing a phenomenal job. Not only was he the only one there, and had to deal with my coworker and I (slightly inebriated), he was quick and efficient with his job, and has great customer service. For only being 17, he definitely deserves a raise. Thanks again for the great service Ezequiel!“

“I don't get what the complaints are about, because they must have come at the wrong time I guess. Every time I come in here it is to pick up my daughter's order and it is always immediately ready and the person that works there late night is always super nice. I've also ordered from the subway plenty of time since I live nearby and have never been disappointed. Also, if you call to customize your order in any way, they will do it for you with no problems as long as it's a reasonable request for the price you paid. Once again, as a delivery person, this is the only chain restaurant nearby that will remake the order without giving you any problems about it or requiring that a ticket be printed or whatever the case may be. It is much more one to one and I think that if you put out positive energy then you will receive it back. Of course, I also understand lazy employees messed up the positive vibes. It is not right for any employee to act in titled, or like they don't want to be there. Please, if this is you then leave the attitude at home because no one likes it, including your boo!

Vegetarian options: This is the one thing I'm not crazy about when it comes to subw to Subway. I think you pretty much just have veggies that they can put on bread, or salads that they can throw together. It would be nice if they could get a little bit more creative with their vegetarian options. I have for the veggie patty is decent but I'm not even sure if they have that anymore and I've never had it, they can stand to perk it up for the greenies. I guess there's always pizza. Have tried v either. I would if it was in front of me, but I would've wavy to spend my money on it when there's lots of better pizza available elsewhere.

Parking: Parking is behind the statue, just turn in and drive straight in. I've never seen the parking lot so clean. It's a huge improvement from what it used to look like 6-8 mo actually. nths ago. The only area that could be cleaned up better is the road when you are driving out. It is small and often full of debris and you have to drive very carefully so that you don't work anything on the bottom of your car.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, nice little ramp for folks with mobility needs. I must confess though, one of the first times that I walked into the store I did not anticipate the p and tripped and fell, almost fell on my face. That's just me though, I trip and fall several times a year, which is a huge improvement for me year. I do think a they may have repainted because I'm quite certain it used to blend in more with the sidewalk. One moment I'm walking casually toward the door, next I'm full on falling hard fully forward, body planting the pavement halfway between the ramp and the sidewalk as look up to see a bunch of people surrounding me and asking if I'm alright. Not embarrassing at all! Plus I got free holes on the knees of my jeans. Good times!“

“The gentlemen working here deserves a raise, I came in to pickup my mobile order I placed 3 minutes ago and this man was hustling building 3 sandwiches at the same time and taking care of customers are the drive through.

“I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we enjoyed a terrific evening and the restaurant was indeed the reason for this fruitful gathering. The crew participated in a lovely style, the cooking was delicious and my friends were extremely cheerful. We shall no dout visit again for more events. thanks very much.“
