Was grossed out . I didnt even want to get the food anymore . I ordered my sandwhich and was ready to pay and i saw a roach crawling on counter . And i showed the lady and all she can say is what is there to do . Young girl with glasses . Was just grossed out . She probably seen more and just let it crawl around . She didnt even try to kill it. She just ignored the roach . Very very disgusted .
The food was decent, no complaints there. But the customer service was terrible!! No thank you or even eye contact. She acted annoyed that she had to come from the back and help out. After I paid, she didn’t even put my food on the tray and say thank you. As soon as the transaction was approved, she turned around and walked away. This isn’t how you treat someone who is paying money at your place of business.

Terrible customer service. Lady that was there should not even be employed with how rude she is to the people she is supposed to be serving. I suggest taking a look in the mirror for a very long time because insulting someone when you have no idea what is going on in there lives is absolutely disgusting in my eyes.
