Excellent family weekend, first-class service, although there were many vacationers, the hotel was quite crowded. In The Canteen cafeteria there are varieties of snacks for children and adults and if they want first class attention there is the girl Sophya with her cheerful smile and a friendly treatment for everyone who passes through the place. Thank you Sophia my girls were pleased

A group of six of us went to eat at about 8:30pm. We weren’t sure where to order at and an employee named Tomas asked us if he could help. He explained where we could sit and how to order. He said someone would be with us shortly. We walked around, unable to find seating, for a few minutes. Tomas saw us, saw a table that was dirty, immediately started cleaning off the table and clearing it. After calling us over to sit at the newly cleaned table, he continued to check on us throughout the evening, made sure we were content and happy. Tomas definitely went above and beyond with the level of service he provided. Thanks Tomas!
