I made a reservation for a luxury room for almost 700 dollars, I arrived they gave me the keys and when I entered the room it was not a luxury nor did it have a king bed as it supposedly said on the page I went to the reception because I did not pay for that they told me that was what there was so I waited to talk to the manager she made me wait more than 45 minutes when she finally attended to me she told me that there was nothing she could do that I could have done worse with the room they had given me the best they could, the case They gave me a room. From almost 700 to 200 and they could have given me a worse one according to her, indignant, I left because it is a scam, they oversold my room and charged me whatever they wanted, they never returned my money and the manager Jasmin laughed in my face. In fact, I made live recordings while everything was happening because my problem didn't matter to them, so at least people wouldn't be fooled anymore. The point is you sell rooms at a price and when the client arrives you charge them, you don't say anything and you give them the room they want, that is scamming and they laugh in your face as if there was nothing.Let it be said that the manager is a person without culture and without any professional ethics. She alleges that they do not know the conditions of the rooms, they do not know what they are. They stole 700 dollars from me. I hope it can be used for medicine.

Rented Beach Bed while staying and Bonicio (Bennie) was a delight in helping get the bed set up and checking in on me through out the day. He was so helpful and eager to serve.

REALLY wanted to love this hotel. Upon walking into the lobby we were impressed. We got to the room and surprised that we didn't have a balcony when we paid highest room category price for ocean view. Not a deal breaker. The light on the headboard of the bed (the reading lamp) was broken and wouldn't turn off. We called down to the lobby and they in a rather rude manner, told us to push it hard. I explained we had and they said they'd send a maintenance person up. It was already 11pm so I asked about how long as we were ready to go to bed. They said about 15 mins. 15 mins pass, no one comes. We rig a pillow to block the lamp and hope that no one knocks it off in the night and call the desk to cancel the maintenance. Next morning, ordered room service. It came in a bag, which was surprising since it's a curio hotel. Call down to Valet to get our car and the valet service lady asked what our room number was. I told her. She said no you're in room 513. I said, no we're in room 547. She asked about my name/phone number etc. I gave the info. She said ok but you're in room 513. Weird..the number on the door, phone and my app said 547. Ok, I said, can we get our car. yes we will have it for you. We're waiting outside, 45 mins later, no car. I went to the window and hear person after person complain that they can't find their car. I get up to the window. Ask about my car. She types in computer then says it's been pulled up. I said, it's not here. She said it's on the ramp. You have to walk down to get it. (it's POURING down rain btw). Ok. I turn, walk down a bit, no car. I went back to valet guy and asked him about it. He said I haven't seen a mini cooper. I said she said you have gotten it already, he said, ok go tell her we have not gotten it. We don't have the keys. I go back. Stand in line again. An hour has passed since I called. I get to window. Tell her he does not have my keys/car. She looked it up again. Said, what's your room number. I said 547, but for some reason you have 513 written down. She said, your room is 513. I said, no actually it was 547. She said whatever, it's 513. We're getting your car now. A few mins later a girl walks by with our keys in her hand. At this point it's been an hour and 10 minutes. Blowing rain and we're nice and soaked. Car comes up. I get in car, and there is a TON of paper and some plastic holders (no idea what they're for) and I pick them up and hand them to the Valet guy. He apologized and took them. I went inside to talk to a manager and the line was into the lobby. I went to the Bell Services desk and asked the gentleman if he could get me a mangers business card so I could call. He proceeded to look at every spot at the main desk and even asked a lady, who answered with a shrug. He kept looking. Then came back and apologized and said I cannot find a card anywhere. While I was standing there waiting for him, I heard one family say they don't have our reservation. Two other people came in saying they lost their car. Another person said their room smelled like pee. Like I said, I really wanted to LOVE this hotel. We come down for the Miami Open and it would be a nice hotel to add to our list of stays. But I cannot EVER stay here again. And for the price, I recommend you avoid this one too, at least until they get their act together. Hilton...do better, your name is on this and right now, it doesn't look good.

Lobby and beach areas are beautiful. The rooms are dated and underwhelming. Food and drinks are good but expensive.

Those stars were given only because:Our experience was absolutely amazing because of 2 people - Nhyah in reservations and Joe at the Conseguir Desk!! I personally did not stay overnight myself - I brought our program volunteers and had the assistance of these two wonderful people. They helped me make their stay all it needed to be and more! They spent two days at the Spa, had dinner at their magnificent in-house steak restaurant, and enjoyed the views from their balcony! I had issues during check-in, and it was extremely frustrating, to say the least. I asked a manager if I could meet Nhyah because the reservationists are in a room in the back. She was able to come out, speak with me, meet our program volunteers, and even talk about the great weekend they were about to experience. She spoke with Joe and they both had fascinating ideas to bring their weekend of appreciation to outstanding heights! Our program volunteer staff first treatment took place before their room was ready so, a drink, an atmosphere, a stress free moment in time all because of their kind hearts and ability to fit The Prymus Angels Program into their busy schedules was the beginning of great suggestions. Thank you Joe and Nhyah for your above and beyond efforts to keep them engaged on what this weekend meant for them and why they are the best Blessings any youth organization can have. When your Angels return to help those in the place they use to be - it's a humbled blessing and I am forever grateful! To those who have the opportunity to be of any assistance while working at this establishment, remember it was your choice. Don't take your life decisions out on the patrons. It was up to you and only you. And to those that actually show care and concern, May all your heart's desires be placed upon you within your lifetime. God Bless! Thanks again, Nhyah and Joe! Stay amazing! ?Rooms: Very nice.

Stayed here for a conference in March 2024. Recently I had a spinal injury and surgery and to attend this conference I would need a scooter to get around. I called ahead and the front desk referred me to Joe who is the best concierge. On his day off he contacted the scooter company and how to deliver to the hotel the day before I arrived. He was so attentive and was willing to communicate by text message which was incredibly convenient for me getting ready to leave town. The room was nice and we had a balcony which was wonderful to get to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Room service was good and very quick. We went to the beach one day and I was able to get all the way to the ramp to the beach with my scooter without any problem. The conference was great (800+ people) with plenty of room for large dinner events and individual sessions. Would highly recommend. Plus it was a beautiful backdrop for pictures.
