I placed an order via Uber Eats and they sent me a plain stupid yogurt..
Hello send a message or call that you don't have my topping... Don't send the order how ever you want to. Just cancel the the order. I want my money back. Lost of time and delivery money.

I will be visiting the manager for a full refund.

I would have called the store and change my topping. Not send it cause you want to do a sale.

The manager should train the employee to learn how to cancel orders.

We walked in with very high expectations and walked out very disappointed. The flavours are so artificial and don’t taste like yogurt at all. I feel bad for these businesses that invest into the food industry without prioritizing the quality of food.

Now i am a repeated customer. This place is great. The service from each one of the employees is outstanding. Place is very clean. A good atmosphere for the kids to enjoy a little frozen yogurt ice cream after playing at the park.

I love to come here with my friends! The frozen yogurt is super yummy and the toppings are always fresh. The boba and the milkshakes are usually yummy… like once I didnt like it but it was still good. The place is always clean and I enjoy the option to sit outside ☀️.

Lots of options but very disappointing that they don't allow tasters. Therefore, you have to choose a flavor you know you would like or risk the chance of not being satisfied. My wife even had a flavor she generally does like and didn't like it here. Therefore we paid a lot for something she didn't enjoy.
Maybe limit the number of tastes but you have to let the customer know what they're getting.
