Unfortunately, we’d like to share a disappointing experience. We’ve been regular guests at this place and used to love it here. But ever since the new hookah master started working, things have gone downhill.

When we politely asked to change the charcoal, he gave us an annoyed look. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced rudeness and a complete lack of customer service from him. It really puts us off and makes us not want to come back.
