Sushi Sake Redland offers excellent sushi and a great dining experience. The fish is fresh, and the sushi is absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared every time. The softshell crab is fabulous, and the sashimi is very fresh. The wasabi is sharp, and the hot saki is perfect. The hibachi steak and noodles are always a go-to. The staff is fantastic, friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The servers are very attentive, and the manager consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect dining experience. The location is family and kid friendly, wheelchair accessible, and a calm quiet place to eat. Portions are great, perfect for sharing. The quality has been improved significantly over the year. Highly recommend this spot for top-quality sushi and exceptional service.
