Words can't describe the experience. I'd never heard of this... ICED CRRREAM... I was aghast at first, COLD DAIRY?! But alas! Imagine my surprise as this sensational treat touched my lips. It was like staring into my mother's eyes for the first time. I wept...

Rude customer service after given the staff feedback that we are still viewing the menu and then the staff gets sizing of our order wrong.
Icecream was good but smaller portions (I ordered a kids cone so I expected it to be small, just a little pricy for the serving). The menu shown on Google maps is old, the current menu has no pricing which I find sketchy. My kids got kids cones which were 2.99 base price for plain cake cone and and extra 1.04 each before tax for sprinkles, making a kiddie cone over 4 dollars each. Icecream was good but my home town usually charges 1.99 for a kids cone with sprinkles so it felt pricy for us. Overall we had a good experience other than the sketchy priceless menu. I also had to ask for a recipt, it wasn't automatically printed. Again I wouldn't normally care but was trying to figure out how a small Sunday and 3 kiddie cones was over $17. Good overall but probably wouldn't come again unless the kids beg me :)
The best soft serve you can get anywhere. So thick and creamy. Portions are huge with so many options to pick from. Always a nice young staff. They've always been accurate and professional.

Bananna Milk Shake for the win!!! Lawd have mercy, the only issue i have with it is it just don't last!!! So I buy two.
My favorite Twistee Treat location! Always given hearty portions, that are also very pretty! The Twirls here are the best.

Great service and prices
It’s frustrating that there’s no direct contact number for this location. Not being able to reach someone or even successfully leave a message makes it very difficult to resolve issues.
The reason why I wanted to speak to someone is let them know to check the cones, I received a stale cone, and the product had soft spots and discoloration. This raises concerns about quality and freshness. Instead I can’t speak with a single person.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Ice cream is amazing.
