Bad service the staff too slow and this is my third time on drive thru they forgot some of my orders.Tried to call many times they won’t answer and staff very unfriendly try to order and cut me off.I reason out why they always forgot some of my orders and keep driving back to get it coz they won’t answer the phone.
they are always out of chicken sandwiches. chicken wings, fries, Mac n cheese. they are always out of so many menu items. the customer service is beyond horrible.
I want to just give a shout to the girl on front counter. She seemed really aware of her job. Very quick to have been working along 6 people in line and it was about eight others in the back not helping. She still gave phenomenal service. Here name was Tanisha she was amazing.
