I had the misfortune of inviting this chef into our home, and it turned out to be a disaster. The meal was nothing short of a catastrophe: the food was burnt, the kitchen was left in a huge mess, and to top it off, our good cookware was stolen. As if that wasn’t enough, he had the audacity to break out our fine China and crystal—completely unnecessary and inconsiderate.

Chef Julio is a master of cooking. Everything he prepared for our private dinner at The Heitman House was delicious! We didn’t want to stop eating, but unfortunately our stomachs were not as big as our eyes! We would definitely recommend him for all your catering needs.
