Based on the reviews, Ben & Jerry’s has a nice staff that is sweet, kind, and welcoming. The employees were a breath of fresh air and made customers feel like the most important person of the day. The store is spacious, tidy, and clean. It is perfectly located by a movie theater, making it a great date idea for movies then ice cream afterwards. The chocolate peanut butter ice cream with fudge chunks was heavenly, and the non-dairy cookie dough ice cream was so good with tasty cookie dough pieces and a super creamy base. The fresh warm waffle cones top off the excellent ice cream. The shop could use a little style update, but it is a good fit for small town Melbourne.
