This is a no-frills takeout-counter chain in the food court of a shopping mall. We chose the two-entrée box with a third entrée. All food items were very good - the beef, chicken, and vegetables were done well and were tasty. We opted for white rice (rather than fried rice or mixed vegetables). This review is not on the food. My family eats it and likes it. I cannot eat gluten so I don’t. Last night I was washing my hands in the bathroom when I saw a worker in an apron exit a stall and only use hand sanitizer before going to this kitchen and start handling food. I was exiting behind her so I saw where she was going hoping she has to wash upon return entering the food stall. I could see she went right to it with the front line being open.
