Some serious training needs to be done on how to make the pink drink at the location by Melbourne square mall in Florida on 192. I had them remake it twice and it still wasn’t right. I then asked for a cup of coconut milk so I could fix it myself and was told I would have to pay for it. For the prices that are being charged training needs to happen. I definitely will not be returning.

Some customers have noted that the same drink can be different or wrong almost every time, sometimes becoming undrinkable due to too much flavoring or a weird mix. However, when made correct, the drinks are fantastic. The team is super friendly, and the manager is actively on the floor greeting customers. One customer mentioned that the matcha latte was delicious. There is a coffee grinds basket for gardeners, but it is sadly always empty. A common issue is that the map directions are incorrect, and the business has not updated Google Maps for over a year. Despite this, many find it a consistently positive experience and a favorite location.
