“I've been playing myself by going to the other chinese spots in town. I've tried many from Vero beach to Viera. The Thai/Chinese restaurants are tasty but they're not authentic. For a chinese american restaurant, they dont skimp on flavor. Love the food here and I've been twice now. We have ordered the:
- Dumplings (pork and chive - Steamed) 10/10, Amazing. will order again.We couldnt stop eating them!
-Cumin beef 7/10 Flavoful and tender. But I'm used to it being traditionally more spicy and with a ton more cumin. However, this is palm bay and I understand the demographic likes less spice here smh. Still really good.
-Salt and Pepper Ribs 8/10 Tasty. Could use a bit more spice/Salt Pepper. I liked them.
- Orange Chicken 10/10 Real Orange peels used in the sauce. So, so good!
- Braised Green beans 10/10 lots of umami flavor. So freaking good!“

To cook fare of the highest possible quality, a cook must take great care when preparing each dish. When I added Chinese restaurants to the lists of options for review, I never quite imagined the sheer morass of unpleasant, disagreeable, and horrendous food I would be diving into. Toward that end, when Xin Da emerged as candidate for appraisal, I pondered in silent thought, "uggh...here we go again." A cursory surveyance of the interior of the eatery revealed an atmosphere which is typical of every other Chinese joint I've visited. The first tangible difference of which I took notice is represented in Lim. He is the owner of the restaurant and is accompanied by his son. It's noteworthy that both are of Chinese ethnicity and that both speak English fluently; so well in fact that my respect, my approbation very nearly gave way to zelotopia. Seriously though, he is a great guy. My order consisted of Kung Pao Chicken, Crab Rangoon, and fried dumplings. “The food here is amazing considering it's at the edge of a shopping mall. The steamed dumplings, the bourbon chicken, the wontons in either mixed soup or broth, and the chicken and broccoli are all good choices. The boneless spareribs are very tasty.
