I love Hop Bo! The food is insanely fresh and I always place my take out order over the phone because the woman is so quick and efficient with it. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a take out spot. Plenty of vegetarian options as well.Vegetarian options: Unlike many places, their friend rice and lo mein doesn’t come with egg by default. It’s always made fresh with plenty of vegetables.

This is my go-to Chinese food restaurant in Brevard. Service is amazing, food is fresh and hot. I drive all the way from south Brevard just for Hop Bo.My go to orders are usually Orange Chicken(make it spicy), General Tso's(make it spicy) or Schezwan Pork(you guessed it spicy)Hope Bo never disappoints and I highly recommend them.
