“It’s automated but you would think you’d get greeted while you’re in there and if you look stuck like I was you would think someone would ask if you needed help which they did not. Took me over 20 minutes to figure out what I was doing. I love Crumbl but won’t be returning to this location. At least the cookies were delish.“

“I didn’t get the name of the girl working today but she was so kind. Split up one cup into two for my much smaller children who don’t want to share but also don’t need a whole one to themselves. All around just a great experience.“

“This place always has a long line and it backs it up. We sat at the bar (2 of us) and skipped the line. We were greeted with friendly service and great food. The menu has a very good selection and everything we tried we were satisfied with. I for sure recommend going here and if you do not have a large group i would try and snag a seat at the bar area.“
