“It’s automated but you would think you’d get greeted while you’re in there and if you look stuck like I was you would think someone would ask if you needed help which they did not. Took me over 20 minutes to figure out what I was doing. I love Crumbl but won’t be returning to this location. At least the cookies were delish.“

“Ordering was a little awkward since you’re standing there reading the menu and trying to decide while everyone just kind of stares, without really offering recommendations. However, my husband and I ordered the dark chocolate frozen yogurt on a waffle cone and the salted caramel, and both were absolutely divine. You can tell the waffle cones are baked fresh. This is definitely my favorite dessert spot here, would come again!“

“This place is so popular. We prepared to wait for your donuts but they are so delicious. We got the biggest cinnamon bun but it was too much bread and not enough of everything else, but every thing else was amazing. Highly recommend (we went 3 times in one week)“
