“This is my neighborhood go-to pizza place. Always consistently great! They are dependable as pizza is always ready when promised, whether carry out or delivery. Manager there is very customer friendly in that he remembers what I order and that I like extra garlic sauce on my pizza crust.“

I'd highly recommend the Mr. T's, its all wood fire grilled pizza and such a perfect amount of each ingedient! “Wow! I am so impressed with this Pizza Hut! We ordered 36 pizzas for the 4th of July. I placed the order the day before to try to give them the time they needed to prep that many on a holiday (probably should’ve done it even earlier). I picked the 6pm slot for delivery. Probably the worst time for a business on a holiday by the beach that serves pizza. I had low expectations to say the least. We were a bunch of drunk happy people and would’ve been fine with anything. The delivery driver shows up EXACTLY at 6:00pm… I mean on the dot down to almost the second. It gets better… the pizza was scalding hot right out of the oven. It gets even better than that… everyone in my huge group was obsessed with how good the pizza was. Some of the best ordered pizza I’ve ever had and I’m not a Pizza Hut fan. I can’t recommend this location more! The experience was so great I felt compelled to come write a review, which is super rare. Thank you to all of the workers for such an amazing experience!“

“Great place to get something to eat right in Seaside. They have a variety of things to eat besides pizza (when it's 85 degrees out, we weren't feeling like it) and they have nice drinks and beer. There's a happy hour from 3-5 at least on the weekdays that is pretty good.“

“My new favorite on 30a. We own a condo in the building and I had been once when first open but had never been back and went last night (12/1/23) and IT WAS AMAZING. Finnegan at the bar was outstanding with cocktails and the service superb. Great recommendations from Finnegan for food. We ate at the bar and I literally woke up middle of the night wanting to eat my leftover crab cake pasta dish. I will absolutely be a regular.“

“We are holed up at our rental property with all the bad weatherlike everybody else. our runner told us that this place was authentic and man she wasn't kidding. First off she's from New Jersey and knows good Italian food and secondly the owners are from Long Island New Jersey and New York. The lemon shrimp off the chain. The Caesar is like a shot of garlic cream unbelievable.. The pizza was cooked perfectly. My Italian sub stacked and the pasta salad that came with it and the pepperoncini's amazing. if you get the lemon shrimp you have to dip the breadsticks in it :-)“

“Bud & Alley's is the best waterfront dining in Seaside and likely all of 30A. The breakfast is particularly excellent, and the staff is attentive and kind. They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! (The rooftop bar for sunset can't be missed.)“
