“We were hungry, and the place was difficult to locate. The Dominican plate we chose wasn't so great nor as expected. The chicken wasn't friend it was burnt, not washed correctly, and not seasoned well. My husband got food poison and sepnt 2 days in bed throwing up and bad stomach problems ?.“

“Chimi is truly a hidden treasure. During my trip to Orlando for my daughter's 18th birthday, a friend of mine residing in Orlando shared that this was his wife’s favorite place. When I relayed this information to my family, my wife suggested we check out this spot while we were in town. We ultimately chose the location nearest to our temporary accommodation, and I have to say, we were not disappointed in the slightest. It has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere and a pleasant environment. The waiter was incredibly friendly and asked numerous questions, clearly noticing we were unfamiliar with the place. He showcased a range of dishes, from the most favored to the highly recommended. We settled on the Churrasco with Mofongo and shrimp. I can honestly say that for the next 7 minutes as I enjoyed my meal, I felt like I was in paradise. My children opted for the Dominican burger, which was also fantastic. The chicken atop it was shredded and complimented by a dash of chimichurri sauce. Everything we had was excellent, so if you find yourself near Orlando indulging in the parks and are looking for authentic Dominican cuisine, I wholeheartedly endorse ChimiKing.“

“the food at Maracas was good but their service, left me very disappointed. our waitress was not attentive, she forgot to put in the order for my teenagers food. She walked by us several times, didn't even ask how we were doing or if we were missing anything. I had to notify another waiter that part of our food was missing. Then at the very end when we were checking out the waitress said that there is a mandatory minimum tip for tables of four more. which left me surprised We are a family of two adults and two children, I didn't feel that the tip that she tipped herself was equal to the lack of service that we received from her. even though we've been going there for years and the food has always been good, the lack of service takes away from the restaurant. Sad to say we won't be returning there.“
